The deadline for answering the satisfaction survey for EGNOS Open Service Users and Stakeholders has been extended till July 12th.

This process aims at collecting valuable feedback from current and potential EGNOS Open Service (OS) users and stakeholders. The questionnaire is intended to gather feedback on the level of satisfaction of EGNOS Open Service users, application developers or stakeholders, as well as a means for them to provide any valuable suggestion or recommendation to the EGNOS Service Provider, in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements aimed at the improvement of the quality of the service provided.

The main conclusions and outputs of this questionnaire will be shared with the users.
