Open for submission: Call for Expression of Interest for Galileo HAS Full-Service Testing

Join the Galileo HAS Full-Service testing campaign and contribute to the future evolution of Europe’s High Accuracy Service.

 

 

The European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) has launched a Call for Expression of Interest for High Accuracy Service (HAS) Full-Service Testing as part of the preparation for the HAS Full Service operational phase.

External stakeholders are invited to apply to take part in this testing campaign, which will include HAS Signal in Space (SiS) broadcasting.

The Call is now open for submission, with a deadline of 14th October 2026.

More about Galileo HAS

The Galileo High Accuracy Service (HAS) is a free, globally available precise point positioning (PPP) service aimed at applications requiring higher performance than what is offered by the Galileo Open Service.

Unlike other high accuracy services, Galileo offers the service directly through the signal-in-space (the radio navigation signals transmitted by Galileo satellites) and internet (the same data can be accessed in real time via the GSC website).

This enables it to provide real-time improved user positioning performance down to a decimetre level
