The European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) together with the European Commission have published an update of the Galileo Open Service Navigation Message Authentication (OSNMA) Receiver Guidelines.

The scope of this update is the inclusion of examples of OSNMA verifications (Annex A) and a first set of OSNMA test vectors (Annex B). These test vectors enable the assessment of a receiver capabilities to support different OSNMA configurations. The test vectors are provided together with the cryptographic material and examples of the associated certificates (in test version) required to perform the verifications. The test vectors and associated cryptographic material and certificates can be downloaded here:

Additional test vectors will be provided in future updates of the document, capturing the public key and the Timed Efficient Stream Loss-Tolerant Authentication (TESLA) chain management process.

You can find the new version of the document in the Electronic Library of the GSC website.
