GBOX (from GUIDE)
Summary
- Tool:
- GBOX – Reference Receiver and Data Logger
- Short Description:
The GBOX is a set of equipment integrated inside a compact BOX.
This instrument is intended to obtain reference trajectories during live testing. This GBOX is designed around a high end receiver (ASTERX3) and a hybridized FOB inertial unit (LANDINS). An odometer and a linear encoder can be also interfaced.
The accuracy is usually improved by a reference station. The GBOX can be used with a multiplicity of carriers moving in different real situations: urban areas, roads, rail, in the water, in the air.
